Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Safetygrip .Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once the order is processed to shipped.

Damages:

Safetygrip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Us, to dispute you matter for further investigation.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before lodging a claim.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for a different product of the same value, or if returned with no new order we will charge a 20% handling fee. Products will only be accepted if they have not been fitted yet and if it is within 5 working days after delivery.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned Rims must still be in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
